Acara yang rutin berlangsung di Aula Kampus 2 ini bekerjasama dengan Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (PBSI) Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD)
The Alumni of Featured Based Teacher Program (PGBU) of Biology Education Study Program, Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, Ahmad Dahlan University (P.Bio FKIP UAD) successfully obtained S2 scholarships to study at domestic and overseas. They were Parni Astuti, S.Pd., Muhammad Aziz, S.Pd., and Nesya Arantika D, S.Pd. who successfully got scholarship to study in Tiongkok.
Reported in official web http://fkip.uad.ac.id/, those alumni joined the Scholarship selection from Fund Management Institution of Education (LPDP), Ministry of Finance, and Higher Education Institution. they managed to get scholarship to continue their study at the college of their choice. The selection of LPDP had been carried out since the beginning of the year and announced on June 11, 2016. This was a hard competition for them because it was followed by the alumni of leading universities in Indonesia.
This proud achievement of PGBU P.Bio Alumni was the effort of the adviser, Irfan Yulianto, M.Sc., a P.Bio lecturer who ever got LPDP scholarship in Australia. He hoped all P.Bio alumni had competitiveness and high competence in the professional world so that they could give contribution to the development of this country.
The featured program of P.Bio was established from the fund of Higher Education Institution of International Standardized Teachers Program (PGBI) which was obtained by FKIP UAD in 2011. Now, this program turned to be PGBU.
One of PGBU alumni who got LPDP scholarship, Muhammad Aziz, S.Pd., felt grateful, relieved, and glad for he successfully passed the hard and difficult process of selection. He was able to overcome those obstacles because of knowledge, skills and experience he got from PGBU class.
“Lecturers and alumni of PGBU had worked hard hand in hand to obtain this achievement” said Trikinasih Handayani, M.Si., the dean of FKIP UAD.
The head of P.Bio Study Program, M. Joko Susilo, M.Pd. expeted this achievement could encourage senior students to get the same achievement even more. P.Bio Study Program would attempt innovative strategy to equip its alumni to be capable in facing upcoming era which is more challenging.
UAD regularly carried out program of workshop and coaching with the advisers, alumni, dean and head of study program. This program was one of cooperative manifestation among all elements in FKIP UAD.
Alumni Program Guru Berbasis Unggulan (PGBU) Prodi Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (P.Bio FKIP UAD) berhasil menerima beasiswa studi S2 di dalam dan luar negeri. Parni Astuti, S.Pd., Muhammad Aziz, S.Pd., dan Nesya Arantika D, S.Pd. berhasil mendapat beasiswa ke Tiongkok.
Dilansir dari laman resmi http://fkip.uad.ac.id/, mereka berhasil lolos mengikuti seleksi beasiswa Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP), Kementerian Keuangan, serta Dikti, dan diterima studi lanjutan di perguruan tinggi pilihan masing-masing. Seleksi beasiswa LPDP yang dilaksanakan sejak awal tahun dan baru diumumkan 11 Juni 2016 ini termasuk ketat dan tidak mudah karena diikuti oleh seluruh lulusan perguruan tinggi ternama di Indonesia.
Prestasi membanggakan ini diukir oleh alumni PGBU P.Bio di bawah bimbingan langsung Irfan Yunianto, M.Sc. selaku pembimbing alumni kelas PGBU. Dosen P.Bio yang juga penerima LPDP di Australia ini menyampaikan harapannya agar semua alumni P.Bio memiliki daya saing dan kompetensi yang tinggi di dunia profesional. Hal ini merupakan sumbangsih dalam pembangunan bangsa dan negara
Sejarah perkembangan kelas unggulan ini bermula dari Hibah Dikti Program Guru Bertaraf Internasional (PGBI) yang diraih FKIP UAD tahun 2011, dan kini berubah menjadi kelas PGBU dan masih dilanjutkan.
Salah satu alumni PGBU penerima LPDP, Muhammad Aziz, S.Pd. menyampaikan rasa syukur, lega, dan senang karena telah melalui seleksi yang ketat dan sangat sulit. Ia terbukti dapat mengatasinya karena berbekal pendidikan, keterampilan, dan wawasan yang diperoleh ketika di kelas PGBU.
“Semua dosen dan alumni PGBU yang terlibat sudah bekerja dengan baik sehingga berhasil meraih prestasi,” ucap Dekan FKIP UAD, Dr. Trikinasih Handayani, M.Si.
Kaprodi. P.Bio, M. Joko Susilo, M.Pd. berharap, hal tersebut dapat menularkan strategi keberhasilannya untuk adik-adaik tingkat sehingga dapat mencapai hal yang sama, bahkan lebih. Prodi P.Bio akan terus melakukan inovasi strategi untuk membekali lulusannya agar siap untuk hidup di era mendatang yang semakin menantang.
UAD sendiri secara rutin mengadakan workshop dan pembinaan dengan pihak dosen pembimbing, alumni, dekanat, serta kaprodi. Ini merupakan salah satu wujud kerja sama seluruh elemen di FKIP UAD.

Pentingnya berpolitik di negara demokratis seperti Indonesia, membuat setiap orang dituntut untuk mampu menjalankan kehidupan dengan politik. Tak terkecuali bagi mahasiswa. Mahasiswa yang digadang-gadang akan menjadi agen perubahan (agent of change), sudah sepatutnya memiliki bekal tentang perpolitikan di negeri ini.
Mengingat akan hal tersebut, Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) bekerja sama dengan Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Dirasat Islamiyah Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (IMM FTDI UAD) telah melaksanakan acara “Seminar dan Pelatihan Pendidikan Politik” pada Minggu (29/5/2016).
Kegiatan yang bertema “Politik sebagai Media Dakwah” tersebut diadakan di Aula Wisma Sargede, kampus UAD Unit 2, Jalan Pramuka, Yogyakarta, dan diikuti oleh 100 mahasiswa UAD dan umum. Mereka antusias mengikuti jalannya acara sejak pukul 08.30-15.00 WIB.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, dihadirkan dua pembicara, yakni Zainuddin Arsyad (President Moslem of ASEAN Association) serta Mufti Hakim, S.H., M.H. (Dosen F. Hukum dan Pembina IMM Zona 2 UAD).
Zainuddin Arsyad memaparkan tentang “Konsep Religiusitas dalam Sikap Nasionalisme”. Hal ini akan menjadi sangat penting karena rasa kepedulian masyarakat terhadap negara akan diiringi dengan sifat religi yang dimiliki.
“Kita tidak perlu menampakkan wujud di khalayak ramai, sedangkan dengan di belakang layar, akan membuat kita lebih luar biasa,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, Mufti Hakim menyampaikan tentang “Politik Praktis di kampus. “Dalam hidup ini, kita tidak hanya berpolitik seperti mahasiswa pada umumnya, tetapi harus pintar melakukan hal yang baru. Tak terkecuali berdakwah dengan berpolitik.” (AKN)
The importance of politics in the democratic country like Indonesia requires the politic awareness of the citizen in their life involving the college students. They are expected to be agent of change who have politic insight in this country.
Due to this issue, Students Executive Board (BEM) incorporating with Muhammadiyah Students Association of Islamic Education and Teacher Training Faculty, Ahmad Dahlan University (IMM FTDI UAD) carried out a Seminar and Training on Politic Education on Sunday (29/5/2016).
This seminar and training with the theme “Politics as a Medium of Propagation” was conducted at the hall of guesthouse, campus II of Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD), Pramuka street, Yogyakarta followed by 100 participants from UAD students and public. They had followed the session enthusiastically from 08.30 to 15.00 at local time.
In that occasion, there were two speakers. They were Zainuddin Arsyad (President Moslem of ASEAN Association) and Mufti Hakim, SH, M.H. (the Lecturer of Law Faculty and the supervisor of Zone 2 IMM of UAD).
Zainuddin Arsyad presented his paper entitled “The Concept of Religiosity in Nationalistic Attitude”. HE said that this issue was very important for it was related to the awareness of the citizen toward this country and the religious character that came after it.
“We do not need to show it up in public space, but keeping it secret makes us more extraordinary”, said him.
While Mufti Hakim presented his paper entitled “Practical Politics at Campus”. He said “In this life, we should not be only involved in politics as students in general, but also should be smart doing new things, including propagating through practical politics”. (AKN)
Terhitung pada Sabtu-Selasa (28-31/5/16), Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah Tarbiyah dan Dirasat Islamiyah Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (IMM TDI UAD) mengadakan Musyawarah Komisariat (Musykom) ke- XIV.
Acara tersebut diadakan di Aula Gedung Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (PWM DIY), Jalan Gedong Kuning, Kotagede, Yogyakarta.
Sidang dipimpin oleh tiga pimpinan sidang tetap, yakni Rezaldy Romeo, Suwandi, dan M. Akbar Fadhilah. Musykom berjalan alot dengan beberapa diskusi yang cukup panjang dari peserta.
Sedangkan untuk peserta sendiri, terdiri atas beberapa kader IMM, perwakilan dari PK komisariat fakultas di UAD, koordinator komisariat, serta dari Pimpinan Cabang Djazman Alkindi, Yogyakarta.
Seperti biasanya, terdapat beberapa sidang yang dibahas dalam Musykom. Di antaranya sidang tata tertib, laporan pertanggungjawaban dari PK IMM periode 2015-2016, komisi, dan pemilihan formatur.
Pada sidang formatur, akhirnya didapatkan ketua umum Pimpinan Komisariat IMM TDI periode 2016-2017, yaitu IMMawan Irfan Zamzani, mahasiswa semester 4 program studi Bahasa dan Sastra Arab, FTDI. (AKN)
Lasted on Saturday to Thursday (28-31/5/16), Muhammadiyah College student association of commissariat board of Islamic Education and Teacher Training, University of Ahmad Dahlan (IMM TDI UAD) carried out the XIV commissariat Colloquy (Musykom).
The colloquy was conducted in the hall of Muhammadiyah Provincial executive board building, Yogyakarta Special Province (PWM DIY), Gedong Kuning Street, Kotagede, Yogyakarta.
The session was led by three chairpersons namely Rezaldy Romeo, Suwandi, and M. Akbar Fadhilah. The “Musykom” run dynamically as there was long discussion among the participants.
The participants of Musykom came from various representatives of IMM cadres. They were from the representative of all commissariat boards of UAD, coordinator of commissariat, and IMM Branch of Djasman Alkindi Yogyakarta.
As usual, there were some agendas of sessions discussed at Musykom. They were sessions of rules, accountability report of the Commissariat Board of the 2015-2016 period, commission, and formateur election.
At the formateur session, there had been elected IMMawan Irfan Zamzani, the fourth semester student of Language and Arabic Literature Study Program, FTDI. (AKN)
