There will be more universities to found in the near future among others those ones to be founded by National Police and national enterprises, which are now competing to build universities.

Kasiyarno, who is the chairperson of Indonesian Association of Private Universities (APTISI) Chapter V Yogyakarta Special Province (DIY) hoped that lecturers especially UAD lecturers improve their capacity and contribution for the society.

UAD so far provides a reward for lecturers producing a research report published in a journal. This is done to encourage them to be productive. Moreover, UAD supports them to find scholarships to study abroad.

‘Recently, some UAD lecturers got scholarship to study abroad such as in New Zealand, Hungary, and Australia,’ Kasiyarno said.
